#218 – Stop launching your online course?… Do this instead.

Share Post

Most launches these days are using more time, effort and revenue than they’re giving back. It too often feels like there’s just no payoff for the amount of hours we spend on trying to make them work.

So what’s the answer? While you might be tempted to throw in the towel and give up on launching altogether, I’m here to tell you that stopping launching your online course in 2024 isn’t it.

Today, I’m sharing another behind-the-scenes look at our recent UFW live event—a three-day extravaganza that was incredibly fun and value-packed. People are still messaging us about how much they loved it, and I want to make sure you don’t miss out.

In this episode, I’m sharing some of the biggest aha moments from those three days and practical strategies around how to combat those live launching blues and start making more sales.

Top Three Sales Problems

Firstly, let’s start by identifying the three common sales problems I see happening right now in sales:

      1. Launching often demands more time and effort, with a lot less return on investment.
      2. Increasing complexity and cost of ads means setting up a single funnel is usually not able to replace launches.
      3. Potential buyers are extremely diverse and no one magic strategy can convert them all.

The Evergreen Launch Solution

So, how do we get around these sales problems effectively? The answer lies in evergreen launches, a less stressful, more efficient method of launching. The aim isn’t to completely stop launching your online course in 2024 but to embrace frequent, lower-stress offers. Instead of one big, high-pressure launch every quarter, evergreen launches allow for consistent monthly offers. This not only helps you balance your workload but also maximises the return on investment by spreading out your efforts and allowing you to reach a whole range of different people.

Make Sales Every Week: Email Engine

The strategy I use to help make sales every week is one I call the “Email Engine.” Rather than building a single, lengthy funnel aimed only at ready-to-buy customers, this approach segments your audience and targets them with multiple, shorter sequences. By providing continuous value and various sales mechanisms over an extended period, we cater to different readiness levels among your audience. This method significantly scales your efforts and ensures that you’re not leaving potential sales on the table.

Make Sales Every Day: Social Sales Systems

Finally, let’s talk about social sales and harnessing the power of social media. Imagine having an easy, dynamic lever in your business that you can pull anytime to generate sales. By strategically using platforms like Instagram, combined with ManyChat sequences, you can create quick, engaging content that translates into immediate revenue. Even with a small audience, this system proves to be really effective. It’s about setting it up once and having a reliable, instant sales mechanism that you can activate whenever needed. Plus, you can use the revenue generated from these quick sales to fund further marketing efforts, creating a self-sustaining growth loop.

Remember, building these systems doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a gradual process that will transform your business, one piece at a time. Take the first step today, and in a few months, you’ll look back and be amazed at how far you’ve come.
