Q: “If I switch my course to evergreen, how do I still create great results for my clients?”
I got asked this awesome question the other day so I’m going to answer this for you too.
Now I know this is something you worry about…a lot of people do! And this is because:
- You’re a good person
- You’re an expert
- You love what you do and you love your clients and love helping them get results – you love what you do after all.
You are not JUST In business to make money… although some more would always be nice…right?!
But you need more time… and you want to help more people.
And you don’t want to have to launch ALL the time – all that exhaustion and stress – no thanks!
This means that it’s time to make the jump to evergreen (woohoo!)! Having an offer that doesn’t need to be launched live all the time – no extra energy or time component required.
To have an evergreen offer you need to have a program that is set up so that people can be joining at any time.
It can definitely work (and work really, really well) and there are SO MANY examples out there that prove this.
So let’s dive into how to switch your course to evergreen and make it work for you and your program.
Firstly, Let me caveat this all off with..
When you think about switching your course to evergreen…if you’re currently thinking to yourself…”But this wouldn’t work with my program or this wouldn’t work with what I teach, because I have to work 1:1 with people”
I need to STOP you right there.
Those thoughts right there…are self sabotage.
A limiting self belief that is simply not true.
That belief that you have to be the one delivering, showing up in person, giving up your time for people to get the same outcome as a high touch 1:1 program comes from fear. And this just keeps you playing small…from stepping outside of your comfort zone and thriving.
How to make some changes to your program so that it still gets great results when switched to evergreen.

Stop thinking you have to walk people through it live, step-by-step, at the same time.
You can pre-record great videos that cover everything participants need. Think about which touchpoints someone would need to make their way through your course. Most people just need a Facebook group where you can do some live Q&A type calls to get support and ask questions
-
Evergreen changes your FB group slightly which is a good thing
With new participants entering the group weekly (instead of in bulk numbers at once from launches) it can actually give your group a re-injection of energy and keep it rolling. It also allows for the more experienced members to give feedback and offer advice to the newbies. An inbuilt community in your Facebook group
-
Add your 1:1’s as an upsell or a fast action bonus for people who really want them
Some people want the additional 1:1 support and they’re willing to pay extra for it or act faster to secure that.
-
Add in a fast-start challenge to get them moving in the first week –
Perhaps there’s a part of your program you can do together LIVE in the program every few months…to get people excited and taking action. Or back on track if they’ve fallen behind.
-
Do your research
Join some similar priced group programs and see what you do and don’t like about them. Take the parts that you like and make them your own. Be the learner!
-
So I hope these tips have taken you from a “no-way could I could ever make my program evergreen” to being convinced that you can switch your course to evergreen and that it’s the way to go for your program.
