Sadly, I’ve recently had to break up with EverWebinar who I’ve been using for ages but they just got too buggy and they had to go.
So this week I’m reviewing my three top evergreen webinar software platforms. I’m going to give you a quick little overview of the ones I’ve tried, their pros and cons to save you the hassle of trying to work it out for yourself…unless you’re a serial lifetime licence subscriber like myself!

As an evergreen webinar software platform Demio’s design is beautiful, the set up is simple, and it has most of the things you need…BUT it’s missing a few features, that for me stop it being my new fave evergreen software platform. You’re limited with your options to change the formatting of what is already there.
❌ No live chat roll that replays the comments from the original live recording
❌ Quite limited with the emails you can send and you’re not able to personalise them
❌ Can only view stats session by session instead of overall
Contender #2: EasyWebinar
EasyWebinar has alllllllll of the features…so many more than what they used to! They’ve invested in making their platform super reliable (which is a big problem with lots of webinars) so it’s reassuring to know you’re not going to have those big tech issues that will cost you sales. EasyWebinar has focused on what is probably the higher priority…making sure the damn thing works – brains over beauty!
❌ No live chat roll similar to Demio
❌ Not as visually appealing as Demio
❌ Lack of flexibility on design and customisation
Contender # 3: WebinarNinja
WebinarNinja is one of the most affordable evergreen webinar platforms and has just kept things pretty simple.
❌ The way it integrates with your email service is limited and clunky
❌ Some connectivity issues – I don’t know how stable their platform is…but could be my Australian internet that’s the problem too!
So my verdict on the best evergreen webinar software…it really depends on what’s important to you.
If you just need one that works, EasyWebinar is for you.
If design and aesthetic are important to you, Demio is your best bet.
If you don’t want to spend that much money, but want one that ticks most of the boxes, WebinarNinja will do the trick!
